Born to Max and Dorothy (Tjaden) Koepp on March 2, 1934 departed this life Saturday Nov. 2, 2024 at Saint Francis Hospital  

Services will be Wednesday November 6, 2024 at 10:30 at Peace Lutheran Church, 9th & California in Hastings NE.

She married Lyman Bosle on August 12, 1951, at the Lutheran Church in Wood River NE. To this union 4 children were born, David, Steve, Mark, & Lisa.

Norma Jean was a talented lady. She excelled in music, sewing, crafts, & dancing. She volunteered as a pink lady for many years at Mary Lanning Hospital. She enjoyed line dancing with her friends. She and her special friend Ken Shafer made it to most of the dances around central Nebraska.

Norma Jean was preceded in death by her parents Max and Dorothy Koepp, her husband Lyman, son David, and daughter Lisa Hoggins.

She is survived by her son Steven and wife Judy, son Mark and wife Nancy. Grandsons Brad and wife Bobbie of Glenvil, Zach and wife Rachel, and Sam all of Hastings, two great grand children Julian and Vivian Bosle of Hastings. Brother Robert Koepp of Grand Island, Sisters in-law Marian Koepp of Grand Island, Genevieve Wietjes of Kearney NE, Mavis Reiter of Wood River NE, Sharon Bosle of Omaha NE, and several nieces and nephews

Private burial will be at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Peace Lutheran Church in Hastings.  

Murray Wilson Funeral Directing is in charge of her arrangements.
